The first – Fixed prices – ensures that in the next two years electricity will be supplied to you at a stable and unchangeable "Enefit" electricity price (Supply service price). This choice makes it easy to plan your expenses.
By setting the price term, we undertake not to change it for the entire duration of the contract. At the end of the latter, we will review the price and, taking into account the market situation, we will leave it the same or offer a new one. However, the changes in the terms will be notified at least 30 days before the end of the contract, and you will have the right to disagree with them and terminate the contract.
The second product – Dynamic prices – guarantees that you will pay the current wholesale price for electricity without overpaying.

100 percent of the electricity supplied to you is produced in Lithuania from local renewable energy sources. Green energy in Lithuania is produced by our partners Enefit Green and by wind, solar and other renewable energy plants operated by local producers.
Our partner Enefit Green operates 22 wind farms in Estonia and Lithuania, with a total of 165 wind turbines. The total capacity of the wind turbines is 398 MW. That's enough electricity to power more than 330 000 households for a year. So we generate about a third of the electricity generated in Lithuania from wind in our parks. In Lithuania alone, Enefit Green operates 5 wind farms with a total of 60 wind turbines. The largest operating parks are in the Šilutė and Čiūčiai regions.
"Enefit" can be chosen as an independent supplier by all electricity producing users, no matter how much energy they produce and consume. This means that we supply the amount of green energy that you lack.
The amount of your accumulated electricity does not disappear anywhere — you can transfer it to us or receive compensation from the current supplier.
The rates of electricity supply and transmission services remain unchanged. You can find them here.
When choosing a new, independent electricity supplier, there is no need to change the meters. You can use the old ones installed by the "Energijos skirstymo operatorius" (ESO) (Energy distribution operator). The latter will ensure and provide all necessary maintenance.
Throughout the world, the price of electricity is constantly changing. This process is due to a variety of circumstances: electricity generation supply, consumption demand, transfer capacity of "NordBalt" and "LitPol Link" supply links, located between different regions. Weather conditions — precipitation, wind, sun, temperature changes, as well as changing economic and political situation in the world also influence the change in electricity price.
The cost of electricity changes every hour, so the differences are felt both daily and monthly. It starts to rise early in the morning and fall in the evening, for example, and it can be twice as low at night compared to the daytime price. Seasonally, electricity costs more in summer, and in spring and it is cheaper in autumn.
Sometimes it can fall to a negative price. In this case, we will pay for the electricity consumed by you..
The fluctuations in the price of the electricity market directly depend on many circumstances. At some time, the market price is negative — then we pay for the electricity you consume. However, at other times, the price for electricity can rise significantly if, for example, connection failures occur.
We invite you to watch all the fluctuations of the electricity market live here.
The electricity price you pay consists of the current electricity price for the relevant hour of the electricity sales on the "Nord Pool" market, and the electricity transfer prices, and other taxes applied by the State.
If you have smart — automated — meters you buy electricity at "Nord Pool" market hourly rates, which you can learn for the next day from 14:00 hrs. Therefore, it is especially easy to plan your energy consumption. You can see the actual cost of tomorrow's electricity because the daily data of smart meters is calculated exactly according to the hour.
For non-automated meters, the electricity consumption for each hour is distributed to you according to the balance graph. It is drawn by AB "Energijos skirstymo operatorius" (ESO) (Energy distribution operator), based on the actual consumption of Lithuania for that month. The graph may contain a minimum tolerance of sixth to ninth decimal places, which does not affect anything due to low consumption levels.
The total monthly consumption is multiplied by the coefficient of each hour of the balance graph (which is determined by the actual balance graph of the same month of the previous year), thereby obtaining the individual consumption of that hour. Which is then multiplied by the "Nord Pool" market price for that hour and the contract price part of "Enefit" is then added (to each hour).
Prices for each hour on the "Nord Pool" market are available on this website at https://data.nordpoolgroup.com/auction/day-ahead/prices.

Map of Estonian and Lithuanian wind farmsIt is estimated that by choosing green energy, a household can reduce global CO2 emissions by around 4 650 kg per year. This is the amount of CO2 that is emitted to the environment when burning approximately 1 940 liters of fuel. These are truly significant figures that can make a significant difference in reducing negative environmental impacts. At the same time, by choosing Lithuanian green energy, you are also supporting the Lithuanian economy and supporting local producers of green renewable energy. After all, wind energy is probably the cleanest energy with the smallest CO2 footprint.
In 2021 alone, "Enefit" customers reduced CO2 emissions by 242,408 tonnes through green electricity. To compensate for this amount of pollution, 93 622 114 adult trees would have been needed.
We always offer to make sure that the supplier or the group company managed by him not only produces green electricity, but also supplies it to you. This is confirmed by guarantees of the origin of electricity. We, in our turn, ensure that the green energy supplied to you has these documents.
One of the components of the price for the electricity you consume is the purchase fee for the electricity we supply. You also pay to the „Energijos skirstymo operatoriui“ (ESO) (Energy distribution operator) for electricity transmission and distribution, as well as a fee for public interest services (VIAP) and systemic services. In the event that you pay a public price for electricity, you will also pay for the public supply to the public supplier.
You can pay for your Enefit account by bank transfer, or if you use SEB, Luminor or Swedbank services, directly via the bank link. You will find it in the email that we send along with the account. You can also pay for our services using your bank's e-account, payment website “vienasaskaita.lt” and “Maxima” payment collection box offices.
To declare your electricity consumption, select the “Home” section on the ESO self-service website. It is intended for customers of independent electricity suppliers
You can declare the amount of electricity consumed until the last day of the month (inclusive) by submitting data for the current month. Select the “Declaration of readings” section on the site, then — the declared period, fill in the data, click “Continue” and “Confirm”.
Yes — from the first of November this year you will receive a single account from "Enefit" and AB "Energijos skirstymo operatorius" (ESO) (Energy distribution operator) for the services provided.
The final price for electricity shall consist of distribution fees and other charges applied by the „Energijos skirstymo operatorius“ (ESO) (Energy distribution operator) and the price for the electricity itself. In accordance with the contract, we undertake to fix the price of electricity supply (by selecting the “Fixed Price” plan) that you will pay for your electricity consumed. We ensure that this price will not change in the next two years. However, we cannot guarantee that the State fees or the ESO charge for electricity transmission services will not change during this period.
All contracts concluded with "Enefit" are of an indefinite duration. This means that you do not have a long-term commitment with us, and you can change your chosen product.
We invite you to contact us by email [email protected] or phone +37052619141 if you have any questions about the price paid for electricity or the selected product. We will always find a personal and most suitable solution.
We send an invoice for the services provided to the e-mail specified in your contract before the 10th day of the current month (inclusive). However, if you have declared the data, but you have not received the account on time, we invite you to contact our customer service specialists by e-mail [email protected] or tel. +37052619141.
Lithuania, while joining the European Union, undertook to abolish the electricity market monopoly and started doing so back in 2009. It was at that time that the right for business customers to choose an independent electricity supplier in the market has been granted. After more than a decade, in the year 2020, a new stage of liberalization for household electricity consumers began.
The liberalization of the electricity market is a state deregulation of electricity, whenever the domestic consumers are given the right to freely choose the desired supplier. Therefore, now you can decide what best suits your personal expectations and needs.
There are 3 stages of market liberalization, which are broken down according to the electricity consumption of domestic consumers.
Stage I — household consumers with a consumption of at least 5000 kWh/year. They will have to choose an independent electricity supplier by 10 December 2020.
Stage II — household consumers consuming less than 5000 but more than 1000 kWh per year. They will have to choose an independent electricity supplier by 10 December 2021.
Stage III — household consumers with a consumption of 1000 kWh/year. They will have to choose an independent electricity supplier by 10 December 2022.
However, everyone who wants an independent electricity supplier can choose right now! To conclude an agreement with Enefit, you can do so especially easily in a distance way. Select the desired product and click “Conclude a contract”. You can use this service by having a mobile signature or a SMART ID identifier.
Otherwise, the contract is concluded by sending personal data by e-mail: [email protected]. After choosing this way, please send us your name, personal number, contact phone number and email address and the address of the object where Enefit services will be provided.
If you do not choose an independent electricity supplier before the time allowed for your phase, you will be provided with a guaranteed electricity supply and an additional fee. In this case, the guarantee supply price shall be valid, calculated by applying a coefficient of 1.25 to the average electricity exchange price of the previous accounting month, which is made in the Lithuanian price zone. In simple terms, electricity costs would be more expensive, since the price of the guaranteed supply is equal to the exchange price multiplied by 1.25. Such guaranteed supply will be guaranteed for up to 6 months, and later it will be necessary to choose an independent supplier.
For those looking for the best fixed price offer, we would recommend choosing the supplier until mid-November, as according to Enefit's analysis of the last 5 years and the available data, the electricity price in December rises by an average of 12% compared to September/October.
All contracts concluded with "Enefit" are of an indefinite duration. This means that you do not have a long-term commitment with us, and you can change your chosen product. Also — to choose another electricity supplier, having notified it 30 days in advance.
Already today you can choose an independent electricity supplier for all managed objects. We invite you to use our services, get one general account and have one electricity supplier.
Any natural person who uses electricity both in the apartment or in a private house, who owns real estate objects or who has the power to act on behalf of the owner of such objects can transfer all possession objects to "Enefit". Although the first stage of liberalization is intended for objects with a consumption of more than 5000 kWh per year, it is not necessary to take this amount into account when transferring them to "Enefit".
No — the change of the electricity supplier has no impact on the security of supply. In addition, your electricity transmission will continue to be guaranteed by the AB "Energijos skirstymo operatorius" (ESO) (Energy distribution operator).
Of course. We will help you to handle all the necessary documents, so you will not need to contact the Energy distribution operator (ESO). Sign a contract with Enefit and we will inform the ESO about your needs and ask them to perform the works related to the connection to the electricity network.
Yes, you can terminate the contract with the current electricity supplier, and you have the right to conclude a new one. The termination of the contract occurs by itself: you do not need to go or call to the customer service department of the current supplier. We will take care of everything.
Most importantly, changing the electricity supplier will not cause you any concerns about the power supply. Only the procedure for declaring it will change. By selecting an independent electricity supplier, you can easily declare electricity consumption on the self-service website of the „Energijos skirstymo operatoriaus“ (Energy distribution operator) (ESO).
The AB "Energijos skirstymo operatorius" (ESO) (Energy distribution operator) remains responsible for electricity transmission services.
The AB "Energijos skirstymo operatorius" (ESO) (Energy distribution operator) remains the electricity distributor. If the power supply is interrupted or a failure occurred, call the company's short number 1852.
When changing the electricity supplier, it will not be necessary to replace the meters. You will be able to use the old ones installed by AB "Energijos skirstymo operatorius" (ESO) (Energy distribution operator), who will continue to ensure the maintenance of the available meters.

If you have completed an inquiry form on the website, our sales consultant will contact you by phone within two business days, specifying the details. This includes questions regarding the installation of the charger, and he/she will send you the final offer with an invoice to your e-mail. The contract is considered concluded once the invoice is paid, and after that, our installation electrician will contact you to agree on a suitable installation time.
Electric car chargers sold on our website can only be purchased together with installation. This is necessary because a 4G data connection is activated in the charger during installation, and the charger is configured to connect to our online charger platform. This allows us to provide useful additional functionalities such as online diagnostics, RFID card setup, maximum charging capacity configuration and mobile app support in the near future.
When performing work outside the city of Vilnius, a transport fee of 0.48 € / km is added to the price. Before concluding the contract, we will agree with you on the installation price and the need for additional work.
See the comparison table of standard and additional jobs for charger installation here. If you have additional questions, our sales consultant and/or installation specialist will help.
In addition, you can send us photos of your house's electrical switchboard and the desired location of the charger in your home following the instructions given below, based on which our sales engineer for chargers will give a final assessment of whether it is a standard or special solution. Please send the information at [email protected].
With the help of the following photos, you can assess whether there is room in your home switchboard for the installation of additional fuses for the charger. The exact need for space also depends on whether the charger to be installed is single- or three-phase.
If there is no space for fuses in your switchboard, it means that we must make you a specified price offer for the installation, which includes additional work in the switchboard.
The fuse of a single-phase 7.4 kW charger in the switchboard:
The fuses of a three-phase 11 kW or 22 kW charger in the switchboard:
Standard installation takes 2-3 hours.
During the installation, our electrician first examines the electrical system of your house. An on-site electrical test is then carried out with the customer, during which the phase load is measured and the maximum allowed charging capacity is set for the charger. This ensures that the charger charges the car according to the capacity of your household and does not cause a power outage.
In addition, the electrician routes the electrical cable from your switchboard to the charger, performs the necessary work in the electrical switchboard (installs the necessary fuses) and installs the charger on your wall. Then data connection is activated in the charger and it is configured to the Enefit Volt platform for chargers.
After the installation of the charger, the customer is shown its main functions, and an instrument of delivery and receipt is drawn up for both the device and the installation work.
Should the charger have a technical failure, should you have questions about using the charger or need to change the charger settings, please write at [email protected] or call +370 (5) 261 9141.
Both the charger and installation work have a 2-year warranty period. The warranty period starts from the delivery of the charger to the customer fixed in the instrument of delivery and receipt (the same applies to the installation).
In the event of a warranty claim, please send your complaint at [email protected] and you will receive further directions.
Yes, if an electric car charger purchased by you should have a technical failure within the 2-year warranty period requiring warranty repair or replacement of the device, we will provide a replacement charger for the warranty procedure so that you can continue charging your electric car as usual.
Electric car chargers sold by Enefit Volt do not require regular periodic maintenance.
RFID functionality is built-in and activated in all chargers sold by Enefit Volt. This means that charging starts and ends by authorizing with an RFID card.
RFID card functionality can be turned off. To do this, you must indicate your wish during the installation and we can configure the charger so that it works without RFID. In this case, charging starts immediately after connecting the charger to the car. RFID functionality can be turned back on later.
For each charger, we always provide and set up 2 Enefit Volt RFID cards.
The dynamic load management module is an additional accessory that you can order from us together with the purchase of the charger.
The device is installed in the electrical switchboard of your household during the installation of the electric car charger, and its task is to monitor the current electricity consumption of your house in real time and direct all free unused power to the electric car charger so that the car can be charged as quickly and safely as possible.
We definitely recommend installing the device in those homes where the electricity consumption is already close to the limit, and therefore there is a risk that charging an electric car may blow the fuses due to overload.
NB! When ordering the device, it must be taken into account that due to the possible volume of additional work during installation, it may not fit under standard installation at fixed price, and therefore we will make a specified price offer for the installation.
With an internet-connected smart charger, you ensure that your charger always has the latest software, is safer and more functional. Thanks to the smart charger, we can constantly provide new services and opportunities, perform remote diagnostics and solve most possible failures without operatively sending out a technician.
The Enefit Volt mobile application is under development and will be launched in Autumn 2021. First, the mobile app will allow you to start and stop charging, view your charging history, and schedule charging to a convenient (cheapest price) time. The next step planned is to develop a capability by which the charger chooses the most favourable charging time according to the stock exchange price.
An electricity bill depends on electricity consumption, and this in turn depends on how much and how often the car is charged. If we take an annual mileage of 15,000 km, an average electricity consumption of 20 kWh per 100 kilometers for the electric car, and we assume that the vehicle is charged mainly at night, then the additional electricity cost will be about € 200 per year. In other words, you will spend 200 euros on "fuel" per year.
