How to charge with the Enefit Volt app?
Download the Enefit Volt app and create an account
Open the app and find the charger
Pick the connection point you wish to use
Swipe to start the charging session with the app
Important! Do not connect the cable to the vehicle at this moment – otherwise the connection point will show as busy.
When the charging screen appears on your phone, plug the cable into the vehicle
To stop charging: open the charging session in app and swipe back on the slider
Register an Enefit Volt account and order the RFID card in self-service under “Cards”
Register accountAt the charge point, select the socket on the station display and press START
Swipe the RFID to validate your charging session
Connect the cable to the vehicle
To stop charging, press STOP on the display and swipe your card
To stop charging: open the charging session in app and swipe back on the slider
Important! Do not use the red round physical emergency STOP button – otherwise the charger will show as busy for all the upcoming drivers.
